Materials needed:
Up to 1 3/8 yard of medium-weight knit fabric at least with at least 5% stretch, at least 40” wide.
Optional: 1/4" yard of ribbing for the waistband, wrist cuff, and neck binding.
—Note: The fabric needs to have a little stretch for the neck opening to go over the child's head.
Sewing machine or serger (optional). No serger required!
