Sizes: Preemie to 5T. 
The instructions include a sizing guide, but you can simply go by the age of the child.

Skill level: Confident Beginner to Intermediate. 

Fabric/Material requirements:
0.75 yards for sizes Preemie to 12-18M.
1 yard for sizes 18-24M to 4-5T, at least 46 wide.
3" of at least 20-inch-wide Knit interfacing. 
4-6 set of 1/4"-3/8" diameter metal snaps. 
—based on preference. 5 snaps usually look great.
