9-12 months to 6 years. 

Fabric & Material

Up to 3/4 yard of swimsuit knit fabric with 4-way stretch swimsuit fabric.
—Usually a Polyamide/Nylon/Polyester and Spandex/Elastane blend.Up to 1.25 yards of 1/4" wide Swimsuit elastic. 
—You will need all elastics to be chlorine resistant. You can also use rubber elastic.Sewing machine or serger. 
Stretch needle for your sewing machine. 
Optional: Twin-needle or cover stitch machine.
