The Zip-up Coverall pattern is a classic baby staple. Wether as a pajama or a day-to-day jumpsuit, the uses are endless. The pattern comes with a short and long sleeve option.
Use the pattern on knit fabrics—preferably medium weight. You will learn how to make the Zip Coverall in the included step-by-step picture tutorial.

The instructions include a sizing guide, but you can simply go by the age of the child.

*The pattern requires zipper installation and has a gusset.
Fabric/Material requirements:
1 yard of medium-weight knit fabric (wash before use), at least 38" wide.
One (1) zipper (16 to 26" long, zipper length chart provided).
optional: up to 7.5 inches of 1/4" wide elastic for the heel.
—Zippers over 22" can be trickier to find. Try the upholstery department at your fabric store).
Wash-away tape or a washable glue stick is recommended for easier zipper application.
